How quickly can I get help?
We offer same day admissions. Our skilled admissions counselors can accommodate admissions as quickly as 24 hours following your initial phone consultation. At times we may extreme limited bed availability that may prevent us from honoring this timeline. But be assured, we will work diligently to get you in to our facility as quickly as possible.
Can I talk to my friends, family members and loved ones after arrival?
Yes, upon your arrival, one of our caring staff members will assist you in notifying whomever you would like with contact information and confirmation of your safe arrival. During your stay with us, you will be able to communicate regularly with loved ones and even integrate them into your therapy sessions.
My partner and I both need help, can we be treated together?
Yes, we believe that without addressing the entire disease of addiction on all levels, the chances of relapse are great. When intimate partners both need treatment, we offer a unique program and housing solution to effectively address the disease of addiction without placing unnecessary distance between you and your partner.
Do I get my own room?
Based on our clinical experience and evidence based treatment models, research has demonstrated that our clients have fuller, more fulfilling experiences when they reside with a roommate and relate to peers. In some cases, a private room may be available if dictated by clinical need.
Should I bring my medication(s) to treatment?
Yes. Please bring all medications that are currently prescribed to you, in their original prescription bottles.
What activities do you offer?
Recreation is an important part of treatment. We offer access to a state of the art gym, guided yoga classes, nature outings, beach days and a variety of recreational activities to reintroduce you to a sober life.
What do I need to pack?
South Florida weather tends to be warm, so seasonally appropriate casual, athletic and lounge clothing is advised. Please do not bring clothing with drug or alcohol references, profanity or excessively revealing. Additionally, any personal hygiene items that you would like, along with your photo ID, insurance cards (if applicable) and petty cash for small expenses are advised.
What airports are closest to you?
We are located within close proximity of three major airports: Miami International Airport (MIA), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FTL) and Palm Beach International (PBI). The closest of these is Miami International.
How do I get to your facility from the airport?
One of trained staff members will meet you at whichever airport you arrive at and will be transport you to our rehab facility. We offer this as a courtesy to all of our clients to ensure that your focus is solely on your recovery.
How long will I be there?
Each of our clients has a unique treatment program designed exclusively for their specific clinical needs. Though length of treatment will vary from individual to individual, the average time in a residential program is 30-60 days. This is something our trained evaluation team can address for you.
What do I have to do while I’m there?
We prefer that you focus on your recovery process, part of which is learning to live an independent substance free lifestyle. You are responsible for keeping your room tidy on a daily basis, as well as the common areas that you share with your peers. Our trained staff will assist with nutritious meal planning and grocery shopping to help you transition into a natural routine.
How do I know this will be confidential?
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We are a fully HIPAA compliant facility and all information provided to us is confidential and is treated as private, health-related information protected by law. Our entire staff is trained and committed to honoring your privacy.
